Handbook 4155.1 also includes corrections to ‘Who Can Provide a Gift’. Handbook 4155.2 includes clarifications to Lender Eligibility. Following are the updated chapters:

Chapter 6, Section E of the 4155.1 handbook on the FHASecure Program was deleted, because the program was discontinued as of December 31, 2008, as stated in Mortgagee Letter 2007-11. The guidance related to FHASecure can be accessed in the Archive Tab.
